Paint Pour Resin Desk and Vintage Bed
This vintage bedroom set was brought back to life with beautiful blues and teals and some pop of gold. Before anything I cleaned both pieces with Dixie Belle White Lighting and then primed it with BIN Shellac Primer. This was was a big BLEEDER!
The full size bed (head board, foot board, and side rails) is painted in a blended mix of In The Navy, Antebellum Blue, and Mermaid Tail. The added trim by Woodubend is detailed in gilding and decor waxes turquoise by Dixie Belle and gold by Redesign with Prima. I then top coated it with Dixie Belle Clear Coat Satin. The same colors were used on the top of the desk in addition to Gold Digger Metallic to create a one of a kind art piece. Topped with epoxy resin to give it a beautiful shine finish that will be extremely durable.
