General Policy
- No Returns or Refunds on Custom Orders:
Deposits and payments for custom artwork, resin pieces, and other personalized products are non-refundable. - Digital Downloads and Online Courses:
Due to instant access to digital downloads and online course materials, no refunds will be issued. By purchasing, you agree not to share or redistribute these materials. Account activity, including logins and device usage, may be monitored to ensure compliance. - Restocking Fee for Approved Returns:
If a return is granted at our sole discretion, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any associated fees.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 3 days of receiving approval.
